What we collect on this site

Information you send us: name, email, company, and message contents when you use a contact form, booking link, or email address on the site.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site, collected through standard analytics to understand how the site is used.

Cookies: essential cookies for site function, and analytics cookies as described below. We don't run advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks.

Why

To respond to inquiries, schedule and hold meetings you book, understand site usage, and improve the site. If you inquire about our services, we use your contact details to follow up on that inquiry.

Who sees it

The service providers that run the site, analytics, forms, scheduling, and email, under contracts requiring confidentiality and security. Nobody else. We don't sell visitor information.

Where it's handled

Our team and service providers may access or process this information outside Canada. Recode HR remains responsible for it wherever it's handled.

How long

Inquiry correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any ongoing relationship that follows. Analytics data is retained per our analytics provider's standard retention settings.

Your choices and rights
